WHOLESALE DEALER PROGRAM 2027
Livingston Lures, theleader in advanced lure technology presents the following program guidelines for Livingston Lures Dealers. Livingston Lures reserves the right to sell or cease the sale of its products to any customer at any time. Effective dates: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
Program Discount: 35%
LIVINGSTON LURES has developed a technologically advanced Smart-Bait, and to achieve value price points with the maximize profits we offer this discount, so retailers can properly represent, support and benefit from the resale of these products.
Payment Terms: Net 30 Days from date of shipment.
Co-op Allowance: 2%
LIVINGSTON LURES will accrue 2% of the net purchases, from August 2021 through July 2022, to promote LIVINGSTON LURES products. Co-op to be paid upon proof of ad. LIVINGSTON LURES products that are
sold below the MAP Retail Price will not qualify for co-op allowance.
CONDITIONS:
MINIMUM ORDERS:
There is a $300 minimum.
SHIPPING:
All orders over $300.00 will be shipped Prepaid from LIVINGSTON
LURES in San Antonio, Texas. If the account pays the invoice past due then the
freight charges will be included on the past due invoice.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email at
least five (5) days prior to shipment.
INSPECTION:
If upon receipt of the goods by purchaser the same shall
appear not to conform to the purchase order, purchaser shall within forty-eight
(48) hours after receipt thereof notify the Company of such condition and
afford the Company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods and make any
appropriate adjustment or replacement.
PAST DUES:
Shipments will be suspended to any account past due 30 days. All accounts past due over 90 days will be turned over for collection and all fees associated with collection will be paid by the delinquent account.
ORDER PLACEMENT:
All retailers that have not previously purchased from Livingston Lures will need to complete a Livingston Lures customer application. This application is available at the home page of LivingstonLures.com by clicking on the Dealer Account link at the top of the page. Download a copy or create a login and complete the application on line
which is automatically submitted and provides you a link to place orders on line.
RETURNS:
All returns sent back must be free of price tags and/or security tags.
A 2% restocking fee will be applied if terms are not met.
