At Livingston Lures, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of every product we manufacture. Our goal is to provide anglers with innovative, premium-quality fishing lures they can rely on.

If you receive a Livingston Lures product with a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with the same item or an equivalent model.

Our Guarantee Covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Defects present upon receipt of the product.

Failures resulting from normal, intended fishing use.

EBS™ (Electronic Baitfish Sound) Technology: The integrated sound module is warranted to operate for 200 hours of cumulative water use under normal fishing conditions.

Our Guarantee Does Not Cover:

Normal cosmetic wear, including scratches, chipped paint, or hook rash.

Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage resulting from impact with rocks, docks, boats, or other hard objects.

Normal wear of hooks, split rings, soft plastic tails, skirts, or other consumable components.

Damage caused by fish teeth or repeated heavy use.

Failure of the EBS™ sound module resulting from abuse, intentional tampering, unauthorized disassembly, or use outside its intended purpose.

Warranty Claims:

To process a claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase from an authorized Livingston Lures dealer or retailer.

Photos clearly showing the product and the issue.

A brief description of how the issue occurred.

In some cases, Livingston Lures may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Livingston Lures is not responsible for
incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
